Cresson Creative Cater for Royalty
28th February 2007Wednesday 21st February saw the opening of the Heartbeat Education Centre located at Southampton General Hospital. The Countess of Wessex along with the Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire, the Mayor and Mayoress of Southampton, Hampshire Ambassadors, local authority officials, charity fundraisers and hospital staff enjoyed canapes provided by Cresson Creative. Guests tucked into Watercress Soup Shots, Cheese and Watercress Mini-Scones and our famous Watercress and Walnut Pate whilst having a tour of the facilities. We also managed to show off our market produce at a stall in the Healthy Living exhibition!
Head Chef, Jennifer Laing, said: 'Weeks worth of work came together to make what was a very successful event. We were smiling all day and our staff should be proud of what we have achieved today.' A delighted Pamela Sanderson, General Manager of the Heartbeat Education Centre, said: 'Thank you so much to the Cresson team - the catering has really made the event!'
Cresson Creative will now be working with the new centre to provide catering for future events.
