Cresson Creative Launch New Recipes for Watercress Festival

Fans of Cresson Creative’s unique approach to working watercress into their recipes will be delighted to hear that we've been busy creating two new products to be unveiled at the annual Alresford Watercress Festival taking place on Sunday 11 May.
Watercress & Tomato Sorbet is a refreshing and delicious palate cleanser that could also be served as an unusual dinner party starter. Tangy and peppery, with a hint of tabasco, this dish is sure to be a hit in the summer months.
Watercress & Pea Soup is a lighter version of its more traditional cousin Watercress Soup. Made with watercress, peas and a hint of mint for a piquant twist, it is the greenest soup you will ever see! Vegetarian, dairy and gluten free, it is appropriate for many special dietary requirements.
