Having had 8,000 visitors last year, the Watercress Festival is going from strength to strength, with visitors descending on Alresford for a truly unique watercress experience. As well as holding a stall at the Watercress Festival, Cresson Creative Head Chef Jennifer Laing is part of the organising committee of the popular event.
This year, we used the festival as a brilliant opportunity to launch some fantastic new products. So, look out for delicious new tarts, sumptuous soups, super smoothies as well as innovative dairy and gluten-free creations!
